Does the 30 day trial need a card or an approval?
No. You create an account and the trial starts straight away with all 12 stations. No card, no approval, no sales call.
What happens when the trial ends?
The trial lasts 30 days. What you uploaded stays in your account while it is open, so you do not start again. Tell us which plan you want to carry on with.
How is billing done?
Plans are priced a month, in naira. We show dollars as a small guide at ₦1,410 to the dollar. The naira amount is the price. If a price changes, you will hear it from us before your next invoice.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown before any applicable tax.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes. Tell us and we will move you to another plan or stop the subscription. Download your reports first: they are yours.
What do add ons cost?
Live reads and competitor watch are quoted for what you need. We agree the price with you before anything is added to an invoice.
Do stations pay?
No. Stations pay for nothing. Plans are paid by agencies and brands.
Can I listen to the recordings?
You can always play the adverts you upload. Station recordings play for Spotledger staff only until each station gives written permission. Until then every airing shows its time, source, score and the seconds that played, and the report lists them. One airing is shown in full, with its waveform and the matched seconds, on the home page.
