For broadcasters

How Spotledger treats your station.

Spotledger records only your official online stream. Its reports name your station, show the minutes we were listening and can be disputed line by line.

What a report says

Evidence a traffic team can check.

Proof of performance reports

  • Every airing of an advert on your station, with the time and the length played. A short clip is kept as evidence, and playback is limited to our staff.
  • A coverage record, so a gap in our listening is shown as ours and never counted against you.
  • Reports as PDF and CSV, so your traffic team can check each line against its own log.

What we record

  • Only your official online stream. What listeners heard on FM can differ, and every report prints the source.
  • Playback of station audio is limited to Spotledger staff while we hold no written permission from the station to share it.
  • Station names are shown as plain text. We use no logos.

How we treat your station

Careful wording, short retention, a way to reply.

Point 1 of 3

We never accuse

A spot we could not find is reported as Not detected in a fully monitored window, next to the minutes we were listening. We never say a station did not air something.

Point 2 of 3

We keep little

Raw audio is kept for 7 days. Short clips around detections are kept for about 13 months, so reports stay checkable.

Point 3 of 3

Disputes are reviewed

Any line in a report can be disputed, and a person reviews it. The outcome is recorded.

Give your advertisers proof they can trust.
